Athelas Games!
The 18th Annual Athelas Games will begin on Monday, July 9. All Admin. staff, CRC, AO, EU, BCRS, are welcome join us at the main office entrance for the kick off of the games. After the opening ceremonies, we will go to the side of the Athelas Main Office building and begin the games for the day.
For those of you who are new to Athelas, the Athelas Games over the years have focused on the value of recreation and leisure experiences for all person, including those with physical mental, emotional or social limitation. It is to this end that the games take place to promote and enhance the quality of life for all of our individuals. Leisure time is a vital part of the lives of our individuals.
This year, the Athelas Games will be celebrated in memory of our former Executive Director, Mr. Raymond Jordan. Ray truly loved the spirit of the games.
We are all looking forward to a fun month of celebrating the Athelas Athletes. Let the Games Begin!!!!
