Athelas Charity Golf Classic

The Athelas Leadership Team is excited to relaunch the Athelas Institute Charity Golf Classic, which will be held at the Waverly Woods Golf Club on June 17th.

This event is designed to create community awareness of the wonderful support that Athelas provides to the individuals that we serve. The day will kick off with a continental breakfast, an opportunity for unlimited range balls for all golfers, an opening ceremony, a shotgun start at 9am, and an awards luncheon which will include a silent auction of artwork from our own David Bruce, other residents and local artists.

Pink Friday's - Supporting Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation

Our Gwynn Oak Staff and Individuals participated in "Pink Friday's" in support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Every Friday throughout October, they made and sold baked goods with all proceeds being donated. On Tuesday Nov 14, 2019 our team presented a check for $902 to the Maryland chapter. We are extremely proud of our team and all their efforts.
